4.       Assistant Cost Accounts Officers:- B.Com from recognized University.

5.       Professor in Civil Engineering (Technical):- B.E/B.Tech ( Civil Environmental ), Me/ M.Tech in water Resource Engineering / Engineering Hydrology/ Fluid Mechanics / Flood Control /Hydraulic Engineering / Environmental Engineering/Public Health Engineering or equivalent with specialization in any area related to water resource Engineering / Engineering Hydrology/Fluid Mechanics / Flood Control /Hydraulic Engineering / Environmental Engineering/Public Health Engineering.

6.       Specialist Gr. II( Jr. Scale) in Anesthesiology:-  

A recognized Medical Qualification and PG Degree / Diploma in the concerned specialty i.e M.D (Anesthesiology) or MS (Anesthesiology) or DA ( 2 Years )FFARCS ( by Examination ) , by specialty board of Anesthesiology ( USA) or D.A or equivalent.

7.       Specialist Gr. II( Jr. Scale) in Medicine :- 

A recognized Medical Qualification and PG Degree / Diploma in the concerned specialty i.e

MD (General) or MD (General Medicine) or MD (Medicine and Therapeutic) or MRCP Spaciality board of Internal Medicine (USA) or equivalent.
