PHC (Punjab , Haryana & Chandigarh High court) Exams. Notification 2015 – Apply on prescribed ICR Format for 283 posts of clerk.

Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh High Court has delivered a notification for 283 posts of clerk ( 234 available vacant posts + 49 anticipated vacancies of clerks which shall occur up to February  2017 ) . All eligible aspirants  can apply on prescribed format from 15/07/15 to 06/08/15.

Posts Name: - Clerk

Educational qualification: - 

The candidate should possess Bachelor degree of any stream from a recognized university and proficiency in operation of computer ( Word Processing and spreadsheet )

Note: - All eligible aspirants must posses requisite qualifications as on the last date of submission of application on 06/08/15

Age Limit :- The minimum age of the candidate belonging to the general category should not be less than 18 years and maximum age of the candidates should not be more than 30 years as on last date of  

Last Submission of application =  06/08/15.

Relaxation of age :- For the candidates belonging to SC/ST /OBC categories , upper age limit will be relaxed for 3 years.

For PH (Physically Handicapped upper age limit) :- Upper age limit will be relaxed for 3 years

For Ex-servicemen upper age limit will be relaxed by number of years equal to his defence service plus 3 years .

Application form and fee Structure :-

All eligible aspirants may apply only on prescribed ICR format only. The application form is priced at Rs. 500.00 (Rs. 250.00 only in case of SC/ST/BC / PH / Ex-servicemen of Punjab , Haryana , UT , Chandigarh ).  The Examination fee also included in this application form . The application form can be obtained by hand on any working day between 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM from 15 / 07/ 15 to 06 /08 /15. The application form is available at the sale counter at scooter / Cycle stand building near post office in High Court premises.

                The application form can also be obtained by post by sending a bank draft of Rs. 550.00 for general Category and Rs. 300.00 for SC/ST /BC /PH /Ex-servicemen of Punjab, Haryana, UT and Chandigarh drawn in favour of the Registrar General, Punjab, Haryana and U.T. Chandigarh. Words ,”Request for Application form for the post of clerk”.                 

Selection Criteria: - 

The selection of the candidate will be based on the performance of screening test, Main written exams. ,  skill test and Interview.

How to Apply :-   

All eligible candidate may apply on the prescribed ICR application form  only .

Pattern of Examination: -   

There are two tier examinations (Pre and main).

Syllabus of Preliminary Exam:-                  

General Knowledge,    Numerical   Ability, General English, Reasoning, Clerical Aptitude, General Intelligence and General Awareness.
